1. General Information
University Next Level LLC ("UNL", "University Next Level", "we", "us" or "our") provides educational advisory, scholarship search, application support, recruitment and related management services for students and student-athletes seeking educational opportunities in the United States. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and provide general information about our services. Where a client signs an individual service agreement, that agreement governs the specific commercial relationship and may contain terms that are more specific than these general Terms.
2. Services Offered
Depending on the service contracted, UNL may provide profile evaluation, identification of academic and athletic opportunities, communication and intermediation with educational institutions, application and admissions support, scholarship guidance, follow-up of applications, and pre-departure or relocation orientation. The specific scope of services is determined by the applicable individual service agreement.
3. Process and Documentation
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current and authentic information and documentation reasonably required for the process. This may include academic records, language-test information, athletic materials, identification documents and other information requested for evaluation or applications. UNL may rely on information supplied by the client when performing its services.
4. Service Timeline
Once the client has completed the contracting process, made the applicable initial payment and provided the required documentation, UNL begins management of the process. UNL generally expects initial opportunities to be presented within approximately 30–45 business days after the required documentation is complete. Actual admissions, scholarship and institutional timelines depend on third-party institutions and may vary.
5. Scholarships and Results
UNL searches for and manages opportunities compatible with the client's academic, athletic and financial profile. Scholarship percentages, conditions and benefits vary by institution and program. The final decision regarding admission, scholarship awards, eligibility and institutional conditions belongs to the relevant educational institution or other applicable authority. The individual agreement may establish an economic parameter referred to as the "scholarship amount to be protected by the Client" ("excedente de beca a proteger por el Cliente"), including a minimum annual amount of USD 10,000 and a maximum based on the client's agreed budget.
6. Fees
For the principal scholarship management service described in the individual agreement, the total fee is USD 4,800, payable in three installments of USD 1,600. The first payment is due upon signing; the second is due 30–45 calendar days after signing; and the third is due when the client receives an official admission or I-20 from the educational institution. The individual agreement controls if there is any difference regarding payment terms.
7. External Costs
Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, clients are responsible for third-party and external costs, which may include language examinations, visa and SEVIS-related costs, consular or agent fees, travel and accommodation, enrollment, credential evaluation or homologation, certifications, institutional fees and other costs charged by institutions or authorities.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and authentic information and documentation.
- Respond to requests and deadlines in a timely manner.
- Pay agreed fees when due and notify UNL promptly of any payment issue.
- Review institutional offers and conditions carefully before accepting them.
- Meet all requirements imposed by educational institutions, authorities and other third parties.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the individual service agreement and the Refund Policy. Where the individual agreement expressly includes the economic scholarship parameter described above and UNL fails to obtain a scholarship meeting that parameter, the agreement provides for a 100% refund of amounts paid for the applicable service, subject to the conditions of that agreement. Payments relating to services already initiated, performed or made available may be non-refundable as provided by the agreement.
10. Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation and termination are governed by the individual agreement and the Cancellation Policy. The individual agreement provides for termination by written notice in cases of serious breach that is not cured within the applicable period, mutual termination by written agreement, and termination or suspension in certain cases of non-payment or repeated delinquency.
11. Transfer Student and Sports
Transfer Student and Sports is a separate service for clients seeking to transfer between U.S. educational institutions after beginning or completing an academic cycle. It is subject to separate conditions, pricing and a supplementary agreement when activated.
12. Confidentiality and Personal Information
UNL handles client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Information supplied by clients may be used to evaluate opportunities, communicate with educational institutions and service providers, and perform the contracted services, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
13. No Guarantee of Third-Party Decisions
UNL does not control decisions made by universities, schools, athletic programs, government authorities, consular authorities or other third parties. Accordingly, admission, scholarship percentages, institutional eligibility, visa decisions and other third-party outcomes may vary and are not solely determined by UNL.
14. Changes to These Terms
UNL may update these general Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the website will include its latest update date. Changes to an existing individual service agreement require the written treatment established by that agreement.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The individual service agreement provides that the contractual relationship is governed by the laws of Argentina and that disputes related to that agreement are to be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Argentine arbitration rules. The individual agreement should be reviewed for the specific dispute-resolution terms applicable to the client.
16. Individual Agreement Prevails
These general Terms are intended to complement, not replace, the individual service agreement. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific written agreement signed by the client and UNL, the specific agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
